Longrider Cowboys 20th Annual MDA Posse Poker Run

The Trent Wells MDA Posse Poker Run is an all-volunteer event, with all proceeds donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association ‘Send-A-Kid-To-Camp’ program. This is the 20th year that LCMC has held this fundraiser. This year’s event honors our fallen friend Trent Wells.
With support from hundreds of local motorcycle riders, E Clampus Vitus members, and local companies, the Longrider Cowboys MC has raised over $120,000 in the last 19 years. This money is targeted to sending kids from Northern Nevada to the MDA Summer Camp at Grizzly Flats. The cost to sponsor one kid for one week is over $1,200.00. We need your support to make this possible.
The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) is leading the fight to free individuals and the families who love them from the harmful effects of muscular dystrophy, ALS and related muscle-debilitating diseases that take away physical strength, independence and life. MDA receives no government funding; they depend upon the generosity of businesses and individuals in our community to support their programs, services and research efforts.
While all our labor and much of our supplies are donated, there are still costs involved to obtain required permits and supplies. But rest assured that all the rest goes to benefit this MDA program. This is where you and your business can help support our operating costs by advertising on our official run T-shirts. These T-shirts will be given to run participants and sponsors. To include your company or organizations name on our run shirts costs only $100, or $250 for a single-color logo. Title sponsorships and custom sponsorships are available also. Just contact us and we will be glad to work with you.
Sponsorship checks can be made out directly to Northern Nevada MDA as a charitable donation, (MDA tax ID number 13-1665552), or to the Longrider Cowboys MC as an advertising expense.
We also gladly accept donated raffle items such as merchandise or gift certificates! Any sponsors promotional materials will be included in the packet that participants will receive. We invite you to participate in the event as well as be a sponsor, even if you don’t ride!
